Searching for a comprehensive mating tool that specializes in Jersey genetics? JerseyMateTM is the tool for you! Our mating program provides up to four mating recommendations for each cow or heifer that can be designed for different mating goals AND allows you to manage inbreeding, based on eight generations of ancestry.
JerseyMateTM allows the customer to include any bull they want to use, regardless of where the semen is marketed, or they can use the JerseyMateTM bull selection criteria. This is a great option as customers can create their own selection criteria and tailor the results more towards the goals of their specific herd.
Once the information is submitted, results are sent to the customer after they are ran through the database. The amount of time it takes to receive the results depends on the number of herds waiting on evaluation and the individual herd sizes.
